MCC8, formerly Jinchuan Metals Nonferrous Construction Company, is a leader in engineering, procurement, construction and management for non-ferrous metallurgical industry projects in Asia and a key partner of Jinchuan Group (JNMC), the world’s top-3 nickel, cobalt and copper multinational. MCC8 generated revenues of 1 billion USD in 2011, and was awarded as an AAA Level Credit Enterprise by the Gansu branch of Agricultural Bank of China in 2007. Our business scope includes housing construction, municipal works, architectural decoration, mining engineering, petrochemical engineering, highway engineering, power engineering, mechanical & electrical equipment installation and furnace works. In recent year, with the purpose of broader development for the group, MCC8 has acquired the Qualification Certificate of Overseas Project Contracting of P. R. China for oversea project contracting, labor service contracting; moreover, it achieved qualification for project substitute construction.
MCC8 has footprints spread out 22 provinces, cities, autonomous regions nationwide and many overseas countries for over 50 year with construction in numbers of national and regional key projects. Based on its qualifications, the company has established branches in most areas of China and proved general contracting capability in 40 large and medium-sized smelting projects, 100 house building projects, 30 municipal projects, 20 chemical projects, 20 mining projects and 10 road engineering; in addition, successfully implementation of many overseas projects in recent years.
Lemna HK, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemna Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Lemna), is on behalf of Lemna to implement Lemna’s environmental protection, energy and other infrastructure projects in Asia. Headquartered in the 2445 Park Avenue Minneapolis Minnesota United States, Lemna is a world renowned transnational enterprise which focuses on the investment and development of energy, environmental protection, transportation, real estate and other infrastructures. The company, founded in 1983, has successfully completed 300 infrastructure projects worldwide, including the largest Guangzhou US-China joint venture-Xilang Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project has a daily wastewater treatment capacity of 200,000 ton and total investment of 985.87 million RMB (151 million USD). The Xilang project has been running qualifiedly for 7 years, with water quality meeting discharge standard 100 percent, being evaluated as the one of most excellent wastewater treatment plant by domestic experts. Lemna has projects completed and under construction valued more than 5 billion USD between 2006 and 2011. Lemna HK and Lemna Corporation successfully invested and developed Vietstar Solid Waste Treatment Center in Ho Chi Minh City, which is the first foreign-invested environmental protection and renewable resource project Vietnamese government approved, but also the largest solid waste recycling center in the Southeast Asia. The project has a total investment of 150 million USD and daily municipal solid waste treatment capacity of 3,600 ton. Mr Viet·H·Ngo, the executive director of Lemna HK, was named to 2009 Minnesota Business Hall of Fame Honoring Five Lifetimes of Achievement.
